Two sets head spinning machines from Germany and Italy, the processing
thickness is 2-36mm, various metal ellipse shape, dished head and
special head(such as toriconical head with transition section and
skirt on big end, spherical head with flanged section), whose diameter
ranges from 600mm-8000mm. The annual output reaches 6000 pcs, the
total weight is about 1800T, there occupy 50% of the south area market,
the customers are around the world, such as in Europe, South east
etc.
The heads fabricated in our company can be done heat treatment and
groove cut after forming in accordance with the customers' requirement.
The quality can meet GB150-1998 and relative national standard, and
also can be fabricated in accordance with the standard of DIN, JIS
