recent years among GDSF’s customers are principally large
enterprises owned by foreign investors, joint ventures and
domestic companies. Products supplied by GDSF include
thousands of sets of reactor among which the largest one is
for Project BPAII of Bayer (423m3/φ8200×11300),
two thousand sets of tower among which the largest one is
for Nanhai Shell (116 tons/φ3800×43030)
, more than one thousand sets of heat exchanger among which
the largest one is for Nanhai Shell (2700m2/φ3500×10794)
and nearly ten thousand sets of different types of tanks.
- Products manufactured in this company could meet the requirements
of domestic and professional standards and domestic regulations.The company
is voluntarily set to the inspection system by National Quality
and Technology Supervision Bureau on pressure vessel.
- Products supplied here could meet the requirements of
engineering drawings and technical documents. The whole process
of fabrication testing and acceptance are conducted fully
in accordance with the engineering drawings and technical
documents.
- A maintenance or inspection team would be designated and
arrive at the site immediately to carry out the necessary
activities to the customer's necessities should any problem
arise during the operation course of the products.
- During the quality guaranteed period, if the fabrication
procedure results in quality problem, the company will arrange
engineers to carry out the problem free of charge.
- Information fo each customer would be kept in file, and
regular review and survey on the products and the requirements
of the customers would be carried out.
