The
company presently owns design and manufacture license to state class
Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure vessel issued by General Admini stration of
Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's
Republic of China, it has also obtained American ASME U-stamp
qualification license.
Well-equipped welding laboratory has been engaging in research on
applicable welding procedures for special materials, such as 304 series,316
series,317 series,duplex stainless steel ,super stainless steel, titanium
and titanium alloy, nickel and nickel based alloy. Hastelloy, Monel,B30,904L,etc..
 A
computer network has been put into operation. They are CAD for products,
BOM and MRP Ⅱ to support the product design, raw material procurement,
process preparation, fabrication process, testing and examination
and service to be totally under computerization managerment.
GDSF has 80 engineers who
are rich in experience of design. They undertake specially design
and fabrication procedure of pressure vessels and constitute a
powerful technical base of GDSF. Design as per GB150, GB151, ASME
and TEMA etc. is available in GDSF.
